This policy explains what personal information Eski Media collects through eskimedia.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Eski Media is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and handles personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use a contact form, email us or chat with us, we receive what you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your project or question.
- Website usage information. Like most websites, ours records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website, and we ask that you don’t send it through our forms.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our own advertising, where we run it.
- To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.

Services that process information for us
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website. Each processes information under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and related Google tags to measure site visits and, where applicable, advertising results.
- Cloudflare Turnstile and Akismet to filter spam and automated form submissions.
- Tawk.to for the live chat window, if you choose to use it.
- Google Maps where a map is shown on a page.
- Our web hosting and email providers, which store the website and deliver form messages to us.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
