Our services have their own agreement
Prices and package descriptions on this site are a guide. They aren’t a contract. The written quote or agreement we send you before a project starts sets the terms for that work. If that document and this page ever disagree, the quote or agreement applies. Our standard service terms and policies cover payment, revisions, ownership, cancellations and everything else the quote doesn’t spell out.
Articles and guides are general information
We publish guides on topics such as search, advertising, e-commerce, sales tax, shipping, privacy and drone regulations. We write them to be accurate on the day we publish and update them when we notice a change. They are still general information, not legal, tax, accounting, customs or professional advice for your situation. Rules change, and how they apply depends on your circumstances. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, talk to a qualified professional who can look at the details of your business, because a general guide can only take you so far. Ask them.

The text, design, photos, video and graphics on this site belong to Eski Media, or we use them with permission. You’re welcome to link to our pages and to quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please don’t copy whole articles, images or videos, or republish them as your own, without written permission.
We show client work only with the client’s permission. Our agreements with those clients still apply to it.
Links to other websites
We link to other sites, such as government pages, platform documentation and tools, where they help explain a topic. We don’t control those sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Be reasonable. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, access areas that aren’t public, submit spam or automated messages through our forms, or use the site for anything unlawful.
